HOW ARE MY ADVANCE PAYMENTS PROTECTED?
We operate in accordance with the Package Travel Regulations 1992 (Statutory Instrument 1992 no. 3288). In order to protect you, all monies received by us are held in a secure trust account and are not available to us until the end of your stay and until we have fulfilled our contract with you. This means that in the unlikely event of our financial failure, your funds are protected and would be returned to you by the Trustee.
HOW TO PAY
Deposits
The amount of deposit due is listed in the table below. Payment can be made by credit/debit card via our How to Pay page. We use a secure system for accepting cards which is set up so that we never see or store your card details. Please note that your deposit is not refundable or transferable.

How to pay your balance
When your balance is due we will contact you via email with details of the balance due and a shopping cart link showing the balance due. You can then make a secure payment by credit card.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR STAY
As tours are generally booked a long time ahead, late cancellations can mean a significant loss of business for us. This is why we have cancellation charges that are based on the likelihood of our receiving a replacement booking as time progresses. If you are unable to travel, please advise us in writing and ensure that you receive acknowledgment of your communication. If you cancel more that 60 days prior to your arrival date there will be no charge other than your deposit which is not refundable or transferable. Otherwise the following cancellation charges will be applied.
No refund will be given if you cancel within 14 days of the start or during your stay.
Any refunds made will be net of costs (money transfer and exchange rates). Refunds will be made back to the credit or debit card that was used to make the original payment. Refunds will not be made by any other method.
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking, we will return your payment in full. No other claim for loss will be considered.
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel cancellation insurance.
Other booking conditions
We cannot be held responsible for results of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as strikes, travel delays, mechanical failure, weather conditions etc.
Any dispute will be subject to and governed by English Law and jurisdiction.
We operate a No Smoking policy in the house and vehicles at all times.

HOW TO BOOK
STEP 1
Email us for any further information that you may require and to check availability
on your chosen dates. We will respond and if there is availability we will give you
a 7-
STEP 2
Confirm your booking by sending a deposit by credit/debit card via How to Pay and we will confirm receipt of your payment. Your deposit is not refundable or transferable. No booking form is required but please let us have names and addresses of all the people in your party. If you wish to travel to a location not listed on the website or any of the overnight away visits, please advise us at the time of booking. Please also advise us at time of booking if you have any special dietary or mobility requirements.
